Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to Revue, including the website, review links, and related services. By creating an account or using Revue, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Beta software

Revue is provided as a beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and you should not rely on Revue as your only record of feedback.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Project owners control who they share review links with. Reviewers must be signed in to submit feedback.

4. Review links

Review links are invitations to a project. A signed-in account is required to open a review and submit feedback. Do not post links publicly if the target site or feedback is confidential.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Probe, scrape, or attack Revue or other users’ data
• Upload malware or capture content you do not have rights to share
• Use the hosted preview/proxy to reach internal or private networks
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Submit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content

6. Your content

You retain rights to the projects and feedback you submit. You grant Revue a limited license to host, process, transcribe, and display that content so we can provide the service, including generating issue tickets and syncing to integrations you enable.

7. Integrations and AI

Optional connections to Jira, Asana, GitHub, and AI processing are provided “as is.” You are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms and for the content you send them. Model output can be incomplete or incorrect — review tickets before acting on them.

8. Confidentiality

Feedback may include screenshots or recordings of staging sites, customer data, or unreleased product. Owners and reviewers are responsible for what they capture and who they share it with.

9. Disclaimer

Revue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the beta.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the beta. You may stop using Revue and delete your projects at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
